MOM of Yesterday's Meetup

Hi All,

Please find the details of our meeting yesterday at Shanti Sagar & PG Premises. It was a long and an awesome meet-up :) :)


People who were fit and fine to come and wanted to come :D
- Ashu,Krish,me,Rash & Sandeep (Guest of honor, made a befitting entry honking and chasing Rash in car :D)

Special credit to Rash for making it inspite of the hectic day and week :)

People who couldnt come because of health reasons

Hot topics :

1. Krish desperately wants to go to Las Vegas. So much so he wants a visa directly to Las Vegas, not to US :D . He says the casinos there will need Java coding, so he'll find a job there. Or he'll do bartending (How krish will do this wid his sleeping habits is beyond my thinking ability :D). And he didn't even reveal how he'll enjoy in Las Vegas....
2. We are already discussing our next trip. As soon as Ash leaves to US, we'll go for a trip ;)
3. We again sat in Shanti sagar & had Butter Masala  Dosa, Rava dosa, Pav bhaji with extra pav, Special sev puri, masala puri and 2/3 coffee between the 3 of us
4. Ash narrated her visa interview goofups (eg, she didn't have 7 rs to give and begged ppl around :D). The entire story has the potential of a full length feature film,so we will not discuss this in this short write-up.
5. We came to know Krish doesn't talk a lot coz if he does, a cyclone and whirlpool is formed and can destroy an entire vicinity.All the energy is pent up within him all these years. I suggested we'll go to Palace grounds one day and he can demonstrate this to us :D
6. Rash told us to wait at sony world but went upstairs in Shanti Sagar and called us from there,demonstrating her tubelightism. (Ashu,alli elru nin thara ne kanta idru :D :D)
7. Ashwini wanted some movies and TV series in her hard disk. We told her John will be absolutely help her with this coz he keeps saying internet is really fast there (24Mbps or something) and movies get downloaded in half hour. But not sure if he knows how to download. Either that or John will say "En movie nodtiya Ashu,el oodadtiya? we'll just sit,brood and introspect about the girl in the moon & maybe write a poem or two" :D
8. Also when Ashwini asked if anyone has TV series like LOST and Prison break and what other series she can watch, Krish went into deep thought for a min, and then suddenly suggested "Prison break". Then Ash dragged and dragged it and made a big joke out of it (like always) :D. And we suggested her Naruto, as usual.the show will be on even when her kids start watching TV,we said.
9.  Also when asked where his pics are, John told her "U r coming here no, I'll show u in my cam" & told her not to get anything from India coz he has lot of stuff to send back. Hilarious! :D
10. I said "I WILL join yoga classes this Saturday but I dont know where to join" :P. And bigger irony is I said it as soon as we passed by a yoga center :D
11. Ashu is obsessed wid my doddappa (uncle) ever since I told ppl he's taking special interest in getting me married now. She mentions him everywhere & mostly out of context. I wonder why :D
12. It was eerily familiar how Krish & Ash were explaining me how the elders will coax me into getting married to some random gal (U just come n see, we'll not get u married if u don't like and then later - what's wrong wid that gal,its all decided now,over :P). Anyways I assured Ashwini I wont get married till she comes back but Krish is 100% sure I'll be engaged :D
13.  Sandeep came and spoke to us for a while. And gave us a good news. There's this company called which sends you directly to Las vegas it seems. And the office is in ITPL. Its a colorful office and we used to wonder what kinda work these ppl do. Now I know :D
14. The most hilarious part is a conversation b/w Krish & Rash :We saw some flowers on a tree (similar to mallige) and then ,

       Krish's doubt : They use these flowers somewhere. Where do they use? 
       Rash : Nowhere
       K : No somewhere they use. Where?
       R (now irritated) : They r not used anywhere. U shut up
      We started thinking and suggesting products where it may be used
       K (still inquisitive) : no no no..somewhere else
Rash, high annoyed now starts making her typical hand movements and scolding in high pitched voice "Elllluuuu illlllllaa".After 5 minutes of this , Krish goes "Dont they use it for garlands?" :D :P :P .Rash tried lifting a huge stone nearby to throw it at Krish. Hearing us, the house owner came n stared at us until we slowly drifted away from there as if nothing happened.
